Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Delaware Department of Transportation is seeking up to two (2) consulting engineering firms to assist in completing design services from scoping level to PS&E issuance. The proposed design work will be for replacement and/or rehabilitation of the existing bridges. Assignments will be on a task order basis for a three (3) year term. The selected firm shall be able to perform related services required to complete the design, which may include but is not limited to: field surveys underwater inspections traffic management plans (TMPs) and electrical and mechanical work required for Bascule span bridges. If the prime consultant does not have these capabilities in-house, they may utilize Department approved subconsultants to assist in completing tasks requiring these services.
