Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful bidder will be required to complete 30 administrative reviews of Child andAdult Care Food Program (CACFP) sponsors. Sponsors types include independent centers,sponsors of centers, sponsors of family day care homes, emergency shelters and sponsors ofadult day care facilities. All administrative reviews must be completed on documentsprovided by the state agency and must include all follow up activities associated with closingthe review. The successful bidder will have limited access to the online application andpayment system (DENARS), and must have the ability, after a tutorial, to navigate DENARSto secure documents needed to complete the reviews.The successful bidder will:1. Attend meeting hosted by the state agency to review all forms and processesnecessary to complete the required work.2. Travel to sponsors offices to complete onsite assessment of CACFP operations.3. Review all sponsor documents necessary to make informed and accurate judgmentabout the level of compliance with federal regulations and state agency policies.4. By way of unannounced visits, complete state agency sponsor and center reviewforms.5. Complete all back up documents necessary to support findings outlined on the centerand sponsor review forms. These include, but are not limited to: meal count andattendance tallies, costs tallies, menu tracking sheets, enrollment tallies and rostertallies
