Specifications include, but are not limited to: The program will include a football stadium, softball field, and parking. The football stadium will need to be a synthetic turf field. The seating for the stadium needs to hold approximately 8,000 people and include an area for premium spectator seating, media space, restrooms, coaches, concessions and other fan amenities, scoreboards, and storage for maintenance and facility equipment. The softball field will need to be synthetic turf as well and include seating for approximately 300 people, concessions, restrooms, locker rooms, scoreboards, and storage. Both the football stadium and softball field will need to be lighted to allow for evening activities. The complex will be required to meet LEED version 4 and achieve a Silver Rating
