Specifications include, but are not limited to: The STATE is soliciting proposals for a statewide EMS ePCR and Data Collection System for the implementation of a statewide system for collecting and analyzing EMS patient care reports. The STATE desires a web-based, configurable, off-the-shelf system to replace the current Electronic Patient Care Reporting System (ePCR). The desired solution will be a web-based system that provides extensive reporting and querying capability. This system must allow licensed hospitals or receiving facilities web-based access to ePCR records. The STATE requires Vendors provide application instruction manuals, onsite user trainings, and technical assistance for EMS Program staff and system users.
