Specifications include, but are not limited to: Renovate Anderson Central, Level 3, north of Elevator D and south of Elevator BC and east of the north/south corridor for the designated faculty and staff(Tenant Buildout). The intent is to bring this 8100 square foot area up to the current institutional standards. To accommodate the objectives, significant demolition and renovation will be required. The HVAC system will be new. New air handler units (AHU) will be installed as part of this infrastructure upgrade. In addition, new plumbing and electrical systems will be installed to support the renovated area as needed (Infrastructure).Though this is considered one project, there are two major components to this project -Buildout and Infrastructure.
