Specifications include, but are not limited to: Professional Services to perform an Independent Verification and Validation (IVV) of the hosted NG9-1-1 system. The Board is requesting proposals for an IVV (Independent Verification and Validation) of the delivery of 9-1-1 calls and texts within its hosted NG9-1-1 system. The IVV shall determine if the hosted NG9-1-1 system has the required redundancy, resiliency, and automatic failover to ensure five‐nines (99.999%) reliability in the delivery and processing of 9-1-1 calls and text messages. The IVV shall focus on: •Delivery of a 9-1-1 call or text to an active call-taker within the hosted system •Delivery of the 9-1-1 call or text with ANI/ALI and Selective Transfer Agency (STA) information based on caller location. •Two-way communications with the originator of the 9-1-1 call or text and the answering call-taker. •Conferencing and outbound dialing ability of the call-taker with two-way communication among all parties on the conference (call-taker, originator of 9-1-1 call or text, STA, or any other dialable party)
