PROJECT # 1216 is a 24 bed secure housing facility of approximately 8,000 s.f. The project will include concrete slab and foundation, metal stud walls, wood roof trusses, standing seam metal roof, kitchen, fire suppression system, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, interior finishes, parking paving, emergency generator and all other labor and material to complete the project.
