Specifications include, but are not limited to: The vendor shall develop and implement a Paternity Outreach Education Program for the Southern Region of Delaware (Kent and Sussex Counties). The vendor shall be responsible for furnishing all material, labor, facilities, equipment, supplies, and postage necessary to provide the services required herein. All costs should be included in the financial bid. The vendor services to be provided include: (1) Develop an outreach plan Identify target audiences to include but not limited to: Community groups and organizations, educational entities, public health clinics, school wellness centers, hospitals, birthing centers, social service agencies, community health and wellness events, and correctional facilities
