The successful contractor will be expected to: As a member of the Child Development Watch multi-disciplinary team, the Speech Language Pathologist will provide early intervention speechlanguage pathology services including oral motor assessments, consultation and evaluation, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at Child Development Watch sites in Dover, Milford, Georgetown and Seaford and/or other locations such as the clients home. Participate in multidisciplinary assessments each week as needed. Provide evaluations on infants and toddlers between birth and 3 years of age as requested using standardized tools. Explain to and educate families regarding the specific findings of the assessment and assist in the development of goals and an integrated plan of care in natural settings. Provide consultation in speech-language pathology to support families in monitoring and encouraging their childs development.
