Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Renovation of the main entrance to include a controlled entry. 2. Renovating the lobby of the Main Office including: a. New Flooring b. Removing the existing ceiling to expose the concrete structure and install a new wood ceiling over the front check in desk. c. Remove and replace the existing counter top at the main check in desk. d. Removing the wall between the corridor and Main Office lobby with storefront glass. 3. Renovation of the existing lobby area includes: a. Remove the existing ceiling to expose the concrete structure b. Remove and replace existing VCT (Vinyl Composition Tile) c. Remove and replace lighting and HVAC ductwork. d. New Paint 4. Demolishing the existing bookroom and converting it into a group learning area. 5. Removing some existing walls in the stairways to increase safety and security. 6. Completely renovating the existing counselors area: a. Removing and replacing existing walls in the suite b. Remove the ceiling and add a new wood ceiling. c. Remove and replace the existing wall between the counselor suite and corridor with storefront glass. d. Re-routing existing HVAC lines, updating lighting, and electrical lines. 7. Removing and replacing flooring in the corridors and some select classrooms with new VCT (Vinyl Composition Tile). 8. Removing and replacing all roofing, flashing, counterflashing, except for the most recent roofing replacement. 9. Updating the courtyard area next to the dining area: a. Shade structures b. Add outdoor seating c. Add synthetic turf d. Add new fence at end of the courtyard e. Add new barrier on top of mechanical vent 10. The second floor Library will be completely renovated with the following items: a. New Flooring b. Remove existing ceiling and replace with exposed structure and new wood ceiling. c. New Lighting d. Re-routing of HVAC ductwork. e. New library checkout desk f. Remove existing wall between library and corridor and replace with glass storefront. 11. The auditorium will replace the following items: a. Remove and replace the stage curtain b. Remove and replace auditorium lighting c. Remove and replace the auditorium black-out curtain. 12. Remove and replace select exterior windows. 13. Remove existing insulated panels in exterior windows and replace with glass 14. Replace exterior pole lighting 15. Upgrade security cameras 16. Replace existing PA system throughout the campus 17. Replace select exterior pavement
