Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Hay Creek Interceptor was constructed in the Hay Creek valley in 1975 to provide service capacity to areas in the north, northeast, east and southeast areas of Bismarck. The service area contains the majority of the area for future growth. The interceptor is subject to infiltration and inflow (I/I) that impacts its capacity. The Hay Creek Lift Station was built in 1975. The evaluation will include systematic assessment of the condition and future capabilities of the interceptor sewer and lift station to meet future service needs along with the development of a strategic plan for sewer system improvements including I/I correction, relief sewers and lift station improvements to assure the ability to provide the capacity and reliability for continuous long term reliable operation
