Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide a select psychiatric consultation and administrative services for the Department of Mental Health (“DMH”) central office. Periodic review of ECT procedures, forms, guidelines, and statutes. • Consultation as needed for treating facility reviews, findings, and oversight reports. Facilities currently include University of Vermont Medical Center in Burlington, Vermont; Central Vermont Medical Center in Berlin, Vermont; Springfield Hospital in Springfield, Vermont; and White River Junction VA Medical Center in White River Junction, Vermont. • As requested, the Contractor will provide consultation and guidance for overseeing the areas of psychiatric practice, evaluation and recommendations for corrective action for psychiatry services for Designated Agencies and Hospitals. •
