Specifications include, but are not limited to: ll. SCOPE OF SERVICES All components listed in this section are mandatory. Proposals are being solicited for the support of rape victim and rape prevention/education services in the state of Delaware. Services that the successful contractor will provide include the following: Rape Victim Services 1. Operate a statewide toll-free hotline service for all victims of rape or attempted rape in Delaware. Service must be operational beginning January 1, 2014. 2. Provide professional supervision and follow-up on crisis intervention cases. Service must be operational beginning January 1, 2014. 3. Conduct support group sessions for sexual assault victims. 4. Provide training and maintain relationships with statewide hospitals that perform rape evidence forensic exams and have SANE (Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner) staff, as well as local law enforcement jurisdictions which conduct police investigations on sexual assault cases. 5. Provide Individual and/or group counseling to youth victims of sexual assault statewide
