Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Delaware Department of Transportation is seeking a firm for an on-call, task order Agreement to perform numerous tasks related to transportation homeland security, incident and event planning and engineering support. This agreement will be for a 5-year term and project assignments will be at the discretion of the Department. Services may include but are not limited to the following: Transportation system related homeland security planning, engineering, implementation, and training. Incident and event management planning, implementation, and training. Homeland security reviews, inspections and analysis of existing transportation system infrastructure, facilities, and services. Homeland security related reviews of transportation infrastructure and facilities plans and designs. Review and development of homeland security related plans, procedures, and policies. Research, planning, design, implementation, testing and training of security equipment, devices, software and systems. Review and development of incident and event management plans, procedures, guidelines, and policies. Review, development, and maintenance of all hazards evacuation plans. Review, development, maintenance and implementation of debris management plans. Provide support and as required provide personnel for disaster assessment teams. Review, development and implementation of incident and event training. Public participation, including meeting facilitation and preparation, printing, and distribution of public outreach materials.
