Services may include but are not limited to the following: Development and maintenance of transportation management related strategic plans, operations plans, policies, guidelines, procedures and documentation. Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) planning, design, and construction consultation. Transportation management related reviews, studies, and reports. Preparation of transportation management program and project cost estimates. Development, implementation and maintenance of transportation management related performance measures. Research of transportation management technologies, systems, programs, practices, policies, and procedures. Development, implementation and maintenance of transportation management related training programs and associated documentation. Development of transportation management program brochures, information, materials, and presentations. Public participation, including meeting facilitation and preparation, distribution of public outreach materials.
