Specifications include, but are not limited to: Consultant shall conduct a comprehensive physical security assessment (Project) of the: 3.1.1 NMC main campus 3.1.2 All detached facilities 3.2 The Project shall be done in a professional manner using an accepted industry based methodology that must include site visits, interviews with employees, reviewing of policies, examination of crime rates of the area, examination of internal incident reports, and other references that will assist the consultant in assessing NMC’s physical security. 3.3 At a minimum the project shall assess the following: 3.3.1 Review of the physical security processes of Northwestern Medical Center, Inc to ensure they are aligned with best practices. 3.3.2 Review of the physical security technology that is being used at NMC to include access controls, CCTV surveillance, duress alarms, and other security tools to determine sufficiency. 3.3.3 Review of security-related policies to include responses to a security incident, armed intruder, lock down situations, and bomb threat to determine best practices.
