Transportation management operations planning, implementation, and training. CADD and GIS support services. Public participation, including meeting facilitation and preparation, distribution of public outreach materials. In addition to the requirements listed above, teams should demonstrate their capabilities in the following areas: The consulting teams ability to be responsible for all aspects of traffic control/ITS device design including design, plans, specifications and estimates, construction inspection, equipment testing, maintenance, administration of design, and any other task necessary to successfully complete the traffic control device task. Creativity in identifying transportation issues and solutions, and in presenting this information to the public and policy makers.
