Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Delaware Office of Management and Budget (OMB), in conjunction with the Lieutenant Governors Office, is seeking proposals for the production of a video library that will serve as a professional development resource for educators across the State. The State of Delaware seeks to improve teacher performance and utilize innovative techniques for training. The OMB, through this RFP, seeks a video production partner to film and produce short video lessons of skilled educators who specialize in working with children with special needs from across the state. The selected vendor shall prepare the educators for filming, film on school location, and produce high-quality video clips. The resulting video library will provide: Professional development on the effective implementation of lesson plans in various grades and subjects focused on children with special needs, with specific topics and content to be developed in coordination with the Lieutenant Governors office and a team of special education professionals Footage for developing teachers to be used for training purposes and Highlights of highly effective teaching/leadership techniques and strategies within the videos.
