Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project consists of Boiler and Electrical Bus Duct Replacement at the Lyndon B. Johnson State Office Building and related work located at 111 East 17th Street, Austin, Texas 78701. The work generally includes various MEP renovations, including replacement of heating water boiler plant, various mechanical ducting/piping/controls systems replacements, electrical bus duct replacement, and various electrical systems modifications. Building data center and life safety systems are required to remain operational throughout construction. LBJ building electrical And HVAC shutdowns are limited to nights and weekends. New heating water plant installation is not limited, except that the plant is required to be fully functional and operational (reliably supplying heating water to building) prior to heating season, generally anticipated to be November 01, 2013
