Specifications include, but are not limited to: Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) System Replacement at the Dickinson Marine Lab located at 1502 FM 517 East, Dickinson, Texas. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary for successful completion of the service in accordance with the following specifications and terms and conditions, including but not limited to the following. Contractor shall remove the existing six (6) HVAC package rooftop units and legally dispose of it in an environmentally responsible and legal manner in accordance with current laws. Replace the six (6) existing rooftop HVAC package units with new units to match same design/configuration characteristics, as follows: Provide six (6) new HVAC package rooftop units and install on existing curbs, providing a water-tight seal to the curb. Reconnect all utility lines to rooftop units
