Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Demolition Work 1. Remove and dispose of roof materials, siding materials, doors, windows, and garage doors. 2. Remove and dispose of interior walls, casework, doors, windows and damaged materials. 3. Remove and dispose of hydrated lime, storage tank, equipment, and piping. 4. Remove and dispose of Chlorine gas, equipment, and piping. 5. Remove and dispose of fans and louvers. 6. Remove and dispose of plumbing pipes and fixtures no longer in use. 7. Remove and dispose of existing cover at clear well access. 8. Remove and dispose of miscellaneous equipment, conduit, and piping no longer in use. B. Architectural/Structural Work 1. Furnish and install new roof including roof hatch, gutters and downspouts. 2. Furnish and install new siding, doors, windows, and garage doors. 3. Furnish and install new interior and exterior FRP stairs and landings. 4. Furnish and install new interior walls, doors, windows and casework. 5. Furnish and install interior finish materials. 6. Furnish and install aluminum hatch. C. Mechanical Work 1. Furnish and install new fans and louvers. 2. Furnish and install HVAC equipment, ducts, and associated materials.
