Specifications include, but are not limited to: CONSTRUCTION Contractors will begin work within 10 business days of the Proceed Order date. Work is defined as the presence of workers on site and construction progress underway. The delivery of a storage container does not constitute work. Contractors will have forty-five ( 30) calendar days to complete an MSRP project one-hundred eighty ( 150) calendar days to complete a Reconstruction / SHARE project. Repair to areas impacted by major system repair or replacement will be specified in the scope of work. All work will be conducted so as to minimize inconvenience to the Homeowner should they choose to remain on the property. The Contractor will be expected to carry out the work activities in accordance with the schedule provided at the preconstruction conference. The Homeowner retains all rights to the property during construction and may return to the property, deliver, or reinstall furnishings, etc., as the work progresses as long as there is no interference with the work in progress.
