Specifications include, but are not limited to: Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to replace the existing pneumatic HVAC receiver controllers, thermostats, actuators, etc. controlling the HVAC systems in the Headquarters Building with a Direct Digital Controls (DDC) system for a complete and operational system . Direct Digital Control (DDC) for the existing Multi-zone Air Handling Units (MZAHUs): Replace the Chilled Water (CHW) coil pneumatic receiver controller Replace pneumatic discharge temperature transmitter with electronic temperature sensor Replace electric Return Air (RA) thermostat with electronic temperature sensor Provide new DDC output to outside air (OA) damper Provide new DDC output to supply fan Provide new DDC input for supply fan status. Labor and materials to install new control valves with electric actuators on the CHW coils for Multi-zone AHU-1 and AHU-3. Labor includes removing the existing valves, installation of new valves, and re-insulating around the new valves. Shutdown of MZAHU will be scheduled with TAMU facility operations.
