Specifications include, but are not limited to: AISD will establish contract(s) to cover heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC&R) maintenance and repair parts. Multiple awards are anticipated based on pricing, store locations, and number of manufacturers represented. The items listed are only representative of the items which are to be purchased to provide a price comparison. Individual purchases for these items will be made on an as needed basis. Total annual expenditures under contracts resulting from this bid are estimated to be between $500,000 and $800,000. 2. AISD Service Center staff must be able to provide immediate service to the various district facilities as needed therefore, bidders are asked to provide pricing for items that may be picked up by AISD personnel at a local bidders place of business as well as pricing for items delivered by any bidder to the Service Center within seven (7) working days. Awards may be made to different vendors for pick up by AISD personnel and for delivery by the vendor.
