Specifications include, but are not limited to: Kit must include a carry case and user manual. The case must be durable, made out of plastic and preferably with wheels attached. 1.5.3Kit must include a shoulder strap. The shoulder strap must be made out of nylon webbing 1.5.4Kit must include a grip pad kit. The grip pad kit must include various styles of grip pads to accommodate a variety of objects to be picked up. 1.5.5Kit must include a claw. The claw must be made from lightweight aluminum alloy and nylon plastic and have the capability to open a maximum of 8 inches. 1.5.6Kit must include a telescopic pole. The telescopic pole must be made out of a carbon-fiber composite. 1.5.7Kit must include a wheel assembly and long T bar. The wheels should be large diameter puncture resistant tires on nylon wheels. 1.5.8Kit must include a T stand and short T bar. 1.5.9Kit must include a front handle assembly. The front handle assembly must be made out of high strength aluminum alloy. 1.5.10Kit must include a back handle assembly and counterweights. The back handle assembly must be made out of high strength aluminum alloy.
