Specifications include, but are not limited to: DSAMH is requesting proposals to provide HIV/AIDS Prevention & Early Intervention Services to the infected and affected populations of Delaware in alignment with the SAPT BG regulations related to HIV/AIDS services, 45 CFR Part 96.128. This program is funded by the SAPT BG issued SAMHSA/CSAT/CSAP and administered by DSAMH. The programs mission is to: Reduce the rate at which Delawareans with substance abuse disorders contract HIV/AIDS. Reduce the number of Delawareans with substance abuse disorders that are unaware that they have HIV/AIDS. Ensure that Delawareans with substance abuse disorders who are HIV/AIDS infected are connected to appropriate prevention, early intervention, and treatment services.
