Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Vermont is interested in obtaining bids to meet the following business need(s): • Provide a quick and easy interface on desktop or mobile platforms for reservations for use online by the public, by park staff in parks statewide, by the central reservations call center at headquarters and by Parks Division management team at headquarters and regional offices statewide. • Provide a quick and easy point-of-sale system for use online by the public, by park staff in parks statewide, by the central reservation call center headquarters, and by Parks Division management team in regional offices and headquarters offices. • Provide accurate accounting of all sales and funds. • Accurately track park attendance. • Provide meaningful and flexible reporting for management. • Provide a system that is specifically designed, customized and configured to meet our requirements without laborious file maintenance or workarounds. • Provide project management, software modification, installation and configuration, training and documentation. • Provide ongoing software support services. • Provide hosting services (optional)
