Specifications include, but are not limited to: Task A Establish Working GroupsIn order to guide this effort, working groups will be assembled by the consultantand WILMAPCO, providing representation and participation to oversee theplanning, decision-making and implementation of transit facilities and servicedelivery. For the purpose of this project there will be two working groups: theTechnical Working Group (TWG) will be a smaller group made up ofrepresentatives of the primary stakeholders (DTC, DelDOT, the City ofWilmington, New Castle County and WILMAPCO) and, The Advisory Committee(AC) will be a larger working group that will include representatives of allstakeholder parties, including but not limited to the Delaware Department ofNatural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC), WilmingtonNeighborhood Planning Councils, community/civic/neighborhood organizationsand business groups
