Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work to be performed is described in general, non-inclusive terms and includes furnishing all labor, material and equipment necessary to construct the following: 1. Demolition of existing air cooled chiller, chilled water pumps, fan coil units, energy recovery ventilators and all associated ductwork and piping serving the central office HVAC system 2. Demolition of existing Siemens building automation (BAS) serving the central office building 3. Installation of new variable volume chilled water system which includes but not limited to air cooled chiller, chilled water pumps, piping and associated accessories 4. Installation of new variable volume air handling system which includes but not limited to fan wall air handling unit, variable frequency drives (VFD), terminal boxes, ductwork and associated accessories 5. Installation of a new BACnet BAS that will serve the proposed HVAC system and have the capability to add future controls such as lighting, fire alarm, etc. 6. Construction of outdoor enclosure to house chiller and associated pumps 7. Remove and replace selected floor coverings.
