Specifications include, but are not limited to: Work involves renovation ofapproximately 17,000 square feet of space leased by the Texas Army National Guard, within theIndustrial Technology Center, located on the Texas State Technical College Campus. The renovatedspace will serve as a Readiness Center with administrative offices, latrines and support spaces for oneInfantry Company. Project scope includes but is not limited to: selective demolition, abatement ofasbestos containing materials, compliance with TAS / ADA / Life Safety standards, renovation andenlargement of existing latrines, HVAC system upgrades, electrical upgrades, telecom / data upgrades,new doors and hardware, painting, removal and replacement of flooring and ceilings, replacement oflighting fixtures, new entry sidewalk, and miscellaneous improvements.
