GeneralDelaware Technical Community College (DTCC) is soliciting proposals for the operationof its cafeteria services at the Owens (Georgetown, DE) and Terry (Dover, DE) campusesduring the upcoming academic year 2014. DTCC will also make available to thesuccessful candidate(s) the kitchen/eating facilities for certain preapproved cateringfunctions that occur throughout the year. It is anticipated that DTCC may choose one ortwo vendors as the successful bidders based on the criteria outlined in the Request forProposal (RFP). Therefore, interested vendors may respond to one of three options: (1)Owens Campus operation only (2) Terry Campus operation only and (3) Operating bothOwens and Terry Campus Cafeterias. A Committee will review all proposals andevaluate based on criteria outlined in Section V of the Scope of Services and ProposalRequirements.Summary of ProjectThe following paragraphs provide a brief overview of the two campus operations. Itshould be noted that DTCC currently has an exclusive beverage agreement withPepsi. Vendors will be required to serve Pepsi beverages only in its operation throughoutthe year. The term of the agreement will be for three (3) years with a two (2) year optionto renew at the discretion of DTCC
