Specifications include, but are not limited to: Replace existing failed electromechanical HVAC controls with a modern energy saving Direct Distributed Control System. Remove and replace existing HVAC controls on one 15 Ton DX air handing unit (AHU). Install new controls which include: Discharge air temperature (DAT), mixed air temperature (MAT), outside airtemperature (OAT), and return air temperature (RAT) sensors, outside air (OA) actuator, and interlocks. Furnish and install new replacement controls for this new DX AHU unit and condensing unit, including new zone damper actuators and zone space temperature sensors (5 electric reheat zones). Reuse existing conduit and wiring where possible. Replace all zone thermostat wiring. Tie in new variable frequency drive (VFD) provided by others. Monitor generator status from existing automatic transfer switch (ATS), and fire alarm status from existing fire alarm control panel (FACP). Connect this new control system into database server (located in Austin) via IP cable drop at new panel. Provide new floor plan graphics and alarming. Test for proper operation. Provide as built drawings no later than 30 days after project is complete.
