Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Delaware Department of Government Support Services on behalf of the Department of Correction (DOC) seeks professional services to provide evidence-based family engagement and recidivism reduction services. The Department of Correction, Bureau of Community Corrections (“BCC”) is seeking proposals from interested and qualified eligible organizations and firms, to provide family engagement and recidivism reduction services. Under the BCC contract, the intended population will be persons who are preparing to be released or have been released from Level IV Community Corrections Facilities, or who are currently under Probation & Parole supervision, with an emphasis on New Castle County. Eligible Vendors are nongovernmental entities or consortiums/coalitions of nongovernmental entities that provide such services to the target populations as described in the prior paragraph. An awarded Vendor(s) shall have a demonstrated five year history of providing services to the target population they intend to serve (five years immediately prior to the submission of the application for this contract opportunity).
