Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1 Thoroughly cleaning the existing roof prior to installing silicon roof coating. 2.2 Repair roof and roofing components and apply a new permanent 100% Silicone Roof Coating with a minimum 88% solids, over the entire roof. 2.3 Roof repair will involve resealing of roof penetrations such as vents, pipes, and HVAC equipment. 2.4 Repair all blisters to existing roof. 2.5 Replace all flashings as required to maintain water proof integrity. 2.6 Repair all fishmouths, buckles, wrinkles and ridges. 2.7 Repair all loose or dry laps. 2.8 Repair all small holes and cracks. 2.9 Provide staff supervision of operations conducted on the job. 2.10 Provide all air monitoring services as required. 2.11 Repair all splits. 2.12 Repair all low spots and ponds. 2.13 Repair all pitch pockets. 2.14 Repair all loose, wrinkled, buckled, cracked base flashings. 2.15 Repair all flashing open laps.
