Specifications include, but are not limited to: The service will be on an “ON CALL” basis for all City of Galveston facilities. The Vendor shall be responsible for responding to telephone calls from City of Galveston Facilities Department personnel ONLY. Vendor personnel shall be required to maintain City of Galveston approved background checks in compliance with State and Local codes. Vendor personnel shall wear a company uniform and be easily identified by the City of Galveston. Vendor shall also comply with certain access procedures when entering a secured location. Vendor will supply all necessary personnel, tools, and equipment needed to accomplish emergency and routine HVAC repairs on an “ON CALL” basis. All cost rates, are to be broken down by labor and materials on the invoice.
