The Texas Department of State Health Services, (DSHS) San Antonio State Hospital (SASH), Texas Center for Infectious Disease (TCID) is accepting bids to establish a blanket contract for the procurement of HVAC control system service plan per the terms, conditions and specifications included in this solicitation. This solicitation is advertised under TX. Govt. Code, Section 2155.067. The issuing office believes that the requested items and/or services are proprietary to one manufacturer and/or to the specifications. Only responses conforming exactly to these specifications will be considered in determining an award. The issuing office strongly encourages responses from all qualified vendors who may be able to provide the specified items/services.
