Specifications include, but are not limited to: review and de-identify for personally identifiable information (PII) contained in electronically stored records in state files associated with a civil investigation and state civil fraud action. For purposes of this RFP, “Personal Information” is defined as information capable of being associated with a particular individual through one or more identifiers, including, but not limited to, the following categories of information: • Social Security numbers • Motor vehicle operator’s license number or nondriver identification card number • passport or state identification card numbers • taxpayer identification numbers • credit card, payment or debit card numbers • alien registration numbers • any financial account numbers or other personal financial information • any financial account log-in/access/password information • personal health information • birthdays in conjunction with any other identifying information • Nonpublic personal information, Nonpublic personal financial information, and health information, as defined in Vermont Department of Financial Regulation Banking Regulation B-2015-02 (Privacy of Consumer Financial and Health Information) • Such other information as the State may require.
