1. OVERVIEWThe Contractor(s) shall provide all materials and labor to satisfy the State of Delaware s needfor Bottled Spring Water as described herein.The services will require the Contractor(s) to partner with and cooperate with the orderingagency to make sure the State receives the most current state-of-the-art services.2. EQUIPMENTHot/cold water unit must be new and include a cone cup dispenser. All equipment must beU.L. Approved. Bottled Spring Water jug to be 5 gallon capacity.3. WATER SOURCEAll plant procedures and testing must conform to F.D.A., E.P.A., and N.S.F. regulations andstandards.All water shall be bottled in accordance with all applicable state and federal regulations.4. BOTTLED SPRING WATER CERTIFICATION PROGRAMVendor must include with bid, a copy of laboratory testing reports and spec sheets toensure purity of water.5. REMOVAL OF BOTTLESDuring the life of the contract, all bottles will remain the property of the contractor. Thecontractor is responsible for the removal of all empty bottles. The contractor must removeempty bottles when delivery replacements arrive or within five (5) working days of requestby the using agency, whichever is earlier. The contractor must reuse removed bottleswhenever possible
