Specifications include, but are not limited to:Any motor coach being used for these services shall not be older than 2005 and shall have passenger space as indicated on the bid document, a restroom, reclining seats, DVD, Blue Ray, Wi Fi and monitor, and be air-conditioned. The motor coach shall be a smoke free environment and shall have no unscheduled stops unless requested by the faculty advisor and/or head coach. Bid each trip separately. Transportation mileage must be included in the bid price for taking students to game/event (gym, field or facility), back to motel and/or meals if necessary. The price, which you bid, is to include all expenses accrued by the vendor for transporting passengers under this contract, including all drivers’ meals. Any special needs or requirements will be listed and explained in the itinerary for each sport.
