Specifications include, but are not limited to: Lamar State College-Orange intends to award a contract for testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) of the air conditioning systems, related ancillary equipment and domestic water system will be performed by an impartial technical TAB firm selected and employed by the General Contractor involved with the new Nursing and Classroom Building located on the Lamar State College-Orange campus in Orange, TX. The total obligation of the College for the term of a contract that is executed as a result of this bid shall be based upon need by the College. This solicitation is an invitation for bids and neither this solicitation nor the response or bid from any prospective bidder shall create a contractual relationship that would bind Lamar State College-Orange until such time as both LSC-O and the selected bidder sign an legally binding contract, which includes, without limitation, the terms required by LSC-O as set forth in the Terms and Conditions of this solicitation
