Stock for Cover, Instructions & Tables: 40lb. offset recycled with minimum of 30% post-consumer content. New Life Opaque 100ECF or acceptable equal. 2.1.3. Stock for All Tax Forms: 60lb. commodity-grade offset, white, vellum finish, recycled with minimum of 30% post-consumer content. New Life Opaque 100ECF or acceptable equal. 2.1.4. Stock for Envelopes: 24lb. white wove with minimum of 30% post-consumer content. Envelopes need sufficient glue to seal tight. Envelopes must be glued so several pages of Tax Returns can fit easily into envelope when folded in half. 2.1.5. Configuration for Income Tax Booklet (48 pages): 16 pages 40lb. offset front-cover; followed by instructions, 16 pages of 60lb. forms and 16 more pages of instructions (8 - 40lb. sleeves and 4 - 60lb. sleeves). 2.1.6. Booklet Ink: Black and PMS 356U green ink. Both sides as shown on customer-provided originals. Forms in this booklet are designed for imaging and scanning, therefore forms must be capable of running through Kodak Bis Imagelink 923D, Kodak 9520DP, Banctec S220-D and Banctec SDS Scanners to successfully capture the data. 2.1.7 Booklet Size: 8.375" x 10.875" when finished. NOTE: There must be a full ½” margin on the front left-hand side of each form.
