Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) the Department of Forests, Parks and Recreation (hereinafter the “State”) is seeking to establish a contract with a team that is qualified to oversee and execute A&E services including schematic design and design development for a standalone shower structure for Vermont State Parks. The design services shall be for a conceptual design of the standalone shower that can be used for Vermont State Parks statewide. Design services shall also include design, permitting, construction drawings and specifications, bid and construction period services to site and construct 5 standalone shower structures, 3 at Burton Island State Park, 1 at DAR State Park and 1 at Maidstone State Park.
