Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of the project includes selective demolition, architectural upgrades, electrical systems upgrades, water/plumbing/fire protection upgrades, structural, and mechanical/HVAC upgrades, to include the following: new knock-down air handling units, coil replacements HVAC ductwork, distribution and VAV box replacement ventilation and exhaust components as deemed necessary chilled water (CHW) and heating water (HW) distribution and piping and rental equipment to assist in temporary cooling and/or heating may be required. The building will remain fully occupied and accessible to the public during construction. Occupants will be relocated to unaffected areas within the building. Construction will occur in three (3) distinct phases.
