Specifications include, but are not limited to: This is a request for statements of qualifications to provide Professional Architectural / Engineering Services to the District as described herein. Project scope to include, but not limited to, complete field assessment of HVAC Upgrade needs of approximately 50,000 square feet of an existing elementary school with applicable energy management controls. Project deliverables include complete construction documents (plans & specifications) for use by the District in competitive solicitations. The District proposes to select and make an award to a sole prime design team to provide these services. The successful vendor will plan, design and oversee the construction of the new project. The selected providers will utilize the Districts existing Facilities Construction Standards.
