Greenhouse Head House Building 1380 A&M Circle - One (1) 2 ton 15 SEER high efficiency gas package RTU including curb adapter. Socorro Farm Lab 10601 North Loop Road - One (1) 3 ton 15 SEER high efficiency gas package RTU including curb adapter. - One (1) 4 ton 15 SEER high efficiency gas package RTU including curb adapter. - One (1) 5 ton 15 SEER high efficiency gas package RTU including curb adapter. - Two (2) 4 ton 15 SEER high efficiency condensing units to include matching natural gas air handler units. Flush refrigerant line sets as necessary.
