Finishing: Trim to 11”x17”, fold to 8 ½”x11”, final fold to 8 ½”x 5 ½”, wafer seal for mailing. Mailing: Mailing of approximately 11,400 using NDWC bulk mail permit. Mail list provided in Microsoft Access for Windows. Addresses to be ink jetted onto mail piece. Vendor to CASS certify addresses, zip+4 bar coding, and carrier route sorting. Completed publication must be delivered to Bismarck Post Office within 7 working days after receipt of mail list file.
