Specifications include, but are not limited to: Creating a high quality NWIPlus level mapping of the Missisquoi basin using the most current data available. The finished primary product will be in the form of a Geographic Information System (GIS) shapefile with attributes. The selected contractor will be provided basemap information such as LiDAR and Color-infrared imagery, both of a resolution which meets or exceeds the Federal Geographic Data Committee Mapping Standards; NWI and Vermont Significant Wetland Inventory (VSWI) mapping; wetland mapping conducted by the Vermont Natural Heritage Inventory; high-resolution landcover mapping; mapping of hydric soils; and wetland mapping from the Town of Enosburg. The Contractor will also be able to use the wetlands regulatory program’s project files past mapping and wetland location information.
