Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to obtain sealed proposals for a system to provide Resident Engagement for Seniors. The system that we are requesting is a virtual reality simulation system used to engage residents at the Delaware Veterans Home in recreational and leisure activities on a one-on-one basis or as a group. The Resident engagement system provides personalized experiences for every resident. It is a comprehensive wellness program that provides spiritual, physical, social, intellection and emotional wellness. Installation and training shall be included in the proposal. It is the goal of this Request for Proposal to identify a vendor(s) and execute a contract to provide the purchase of a system to provide Resident Engagement for Seniors that includes equipment, training, installation, support and subscription services.
