Specifications include, but are not limited to: The demolition and renovation scope will be approximately 244 GSF of the existing space in the Biomedical Research Building (NL) for the Cell Biology department. This space will require the demo and removal including but not limited, selective demolition, acoustical ceilings, fire sprinklers, fire alarm devices, ductwork, HVAC equipment, smoke detectors and lighting as shown on the drawings. The space will require new construction of metal fabrications, rough carpentry, penetration firestopping, joint sealants, hollow metal doors and frames, flush wood doors, door hardware, glazing, drywall, acoustical panel ceilings, resilient floor and base, painting, signage, laboratory service fittings, roller window shades, laboratory casework, fire protection systems, MEP systems, testing, commissioning, coordination of equipment requirements with vendors as shown on the drawings
