Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. New space air conditioning units for the Administration and Laboratory Spaces. 2. New building exhaust fans, ductwork, diffusers, grilles, control dampers, outside air intake louvers, and other accessories. 3. Testing, Adjusting, & Balancing (TAB) if the HVAC system. 4. Controls for space temperature/humidity adjustment and for interlocked operation of fume hoods with outside air dampers. 5. Shop drawing submittals for all mechanical systems including but not limited to equipment, ductwork and piping. 6. Coordination drawings for placing of mechanical systems in relation to work by other disciplines. 7. Electrical work as required for installation of the new HVAC system. 8.
